Hah... Hubs overpaid, clearly. At least it'll be back on the road and the parts recycled so others may also live.
I don't mind problems or roadblocks but, they were too great with this one. I have never hurt my elbow except for cleaning house and you're a man so I'm guessing it more than likely one of the things Rick suggests :D |
It may be a hyper extension, I know what that feels like in my knees but the elbow is the one joint I haven't destroyed yet so I really don't have a serous answer, but I still have a ton of smartassed ones. :)
|
Those are the best ones though :)

Janet if you can wait until the weather breaks, and ship the car to me before you guys throw in the towel, I would be more than happy to see what I can do to get her running. They really are simple cars from an engineering standpoint, just a pain from the access side of it.

True. :D Feels like the same kind of strain I used to get in the back of the knees after spending a few hours leaning into the engine bay. Probably just need some time. |
Pete, it's most likely tension on a pressure point in your back/neck/shoulder thats presenting pain in your elbow.
I had a similar thing a few months back. I lasted for more than six months. Eventually my bone cracker worked it out. Massage would work for a short duration, but after a day or so it would be back. Getting a re-alignment fixed it. |
Sure sounds like old age to me
|
Interesting Jeff, hadn't thought that direction.
It's not the years Rick, it's the miles. :-). |

I could also feel the tension in my shoulder so it made it a little easier to diagnose.
|
But I'm not ruling out old age either.
|
My dad is in his mid sixties, played college football and then rugby until I was like 6 and he still moves pretty well.
|
There's nothing in the shoulder, the neck is a little stiff but i think that's due to hotel pillows. Might be completely travel induced. Who knows.
|
Yup, could definitely be from your stiff neck (there's more tissue jokes there).
