Interesting lunch time for me.

Our local PCA region made our annual donation to the charity. That is close to downtown OKC. We then went to the Devon tower. It is a new 50 story building and as tall as any building in San Francisco. Our club is looking for a new place for the Christmas party. Devon has several rooms with great views on the 50th floor. Now we just need to pick the menu and decide which room.

Ordered my new glasses today...



The are prescription with flip up shades. The shades are hinged at the top. They flip up with springs and are held in the down position with magnets. Don't have to worry about keeping track of a second pair of sunglasses or clip on shades. The pic is one of demos they sent me to see which shape I liked.

Wonder joy, I just had to go out and pull the sons car here, he ripped the trans out. Poor car, who would have thought a Volvo auto wouldn't like 21lbs of boost

So he breaks it and calls ol dad. Dad will fix it.

As if, he has a parts car and access to his shop on weekends, there is NO way I am pulling that trans, let alone two two of them. He's a big boy, he can do it.

My 951 trans put down 21 psi of boost with no problems...then again it only had half an engine. The dyno said 413 rwhp.

Don't think you could get a 951 with an auto.

The 928 auto boxes were made by Mercedes and handle more power than the Porsche 5 speed. The 5 speeds break the 5th gear main shaft. Most of the 928 guys that do the supercharger or stroker thing go with an auto box car. There is one guy with a rear turbo that is very interesting. The turbo goes way in the back in place of the muffler.
