Night all. Time to turn in.

Flieger 05-30-2013 01:10 AM

Morning/night all.

Tomorrow is the senior project expo day where I get to sow off the suspension I designed, and then this weekend is the Tribute to Le Mans with the POC, and I am bringing the 911 up to have some suspension work done at Rebel Racing so I get to drive that to our FSAE test day and show it off to my friends. It is exciting to be getting down to the wire like this. Just a little over two weeks I will graduate. :) Time for the real world.

I saw tweeze's pic in the email notification, but I was in the shop when Janet posted her pics.

Rick V 05-30-2013 01:44 AM

Morning Y'all

Jferr006 05-30-2013 03:07 AM

Morning... Was yesterday a dream or did I foolishly post my arse in a bikini?... I don't even like showing myself, myself.

fintstone 05-30-2013 03:30 AM

Although I missed the pictures, I must concede that having the nerve to post them must mean that they looked pretty good and that you both must have a lot of confidence in your physique. Good to hear that a couple of "mature" women with the responsibilities of work and children are able to keep so fit/toned.

Jim Richards 05-30-2013 03:31 AM

It was all a dream Janet. All I saw were pictures of toes.

Morning, y'all.

Jeff, I hope your better half recovers quickly.

Max, how goes the transition to the "real" world?

Jim Richards 05-30-2013 03:31 AM

Morning, Fint.

fintstone 05-30-2013 03:45 AM

Morning Jim
Starting to get back into the long VA/DC commute to w*** routine again... But heading back out west soon for a couple of weeks.

fintstone 05-30-2013 03:46 AM

I would enjoy the military duty a lot more if I still didn't have to do all my work back here via computer/blackberry. Oh for the old days before technology...

Jim Richards 05-30-2013 04:09 AM

Technology's supposed to make our lives easier. :D

fintstone 05-30-2013 04:57 AM

LoL. When I do Reserve duty, they expect 12 hrs a day and the it takes 6-8 more to do my normal civilian job once I am back on my room. When I get back to DC, everyone asks, "did you enjoy your vacation?"

Outback Porsche 05-30-2013 05:01 AM

Morning Janet and gents.

Missed that one too - bloody work was getting in the way again.

Thanks Jim. Me too ;)

And all that technology ushered in the age of the paperless office. ;)

I am the treasurer of our local PCA region. I get to be the lucky one to deal with the Christmas party reservations. For the last 10 or 12 years we have had it at a nice place on the very edge of town in the middle of nowhere. We would book the night on the phone.

This year we are going to go to the new 50th story Devon tower restaurant. We are just booking one small room for about 50 people. The view is great, and it should be a great place to eat.

The real pain is dealing with a major corporation. They have a staff of lawyers to keep busy. I had to print out 7 PAGES of contracts initial 5 pages and sign two pages. On top of that are two pages of RULES!

Andy911sc 05-30-2013 06:06 AM

Morning all!

I definitely missed all the pic shenanigans yesterday as well. Oh Well!

Hahaha! Post shoe pics and drive Max wild. :D

Morning, Andy. You snooze, you lose. :p ;)

Porsche-poor 05-30-2013 06:40 AM

Morning all.
I saw both. For those that missed out boy did you ever!

I have the beginning of a migraine brewing. Might just go back to bed.

It wasn't foolish. Whatever. If we can't goof around and laugh at ourselves, well, then real life would be very boring! :) As I get older, I am not as self conscious of my body, even though its crappier then when I was younger. Why? Because honestly, I don't care. All women have something beautiful about them. You don't see men hiding behind any of their flaws. They are proud with whatever they have. I say we do the same. Women do it to themselves. Don't get me wrong. I have my bad days too, but when I don't, why not show off my stretch marks next to beer belly dude in all our glory? Love it! ;)

I work out sometimes at midnight if that's the only time I can do it. And looking fit is a side benefit. I am concerned more about my health and having fun. If it was about looking good, I would be much better at the diet thing. :) Not really confident of my physique as it is more, I don't really care. I think the only time I would care is if my man didn't like my body. Who cares about the rest of the world? If I am attractive to my man, it's a good day. ;)

And since I don't have a man, I just need to look good for myself. ;) I am pretty nice. I let myself eat all the ice cream I want!

Jferr006 05-30-2013 07:16 AM

Well you know I love your
Confidence and wish to have it one day :)

I got lucky, no stretch marks!

tweezers74 05-30-2013 07:29 AM

I totally have stretch marks. More apparent when I am tan. On my abs and tush. Eh, I have two cute boys out of them so I will put up with them.;)

I WANT TO GO!!! May have to go back to Denver again. ;) Rumor is it is going to stay open for 4rth of July. Ex usually gets the boys for 4rth because he likes to do the fireworks thing over the Easter egg hunt thing (too much work), so I usually get the boys for Easter. So maybe...
