Oh yeah, there is no way to fit a double DIN in the Range Rover AND I don't think it would do me any good to run track data software in it either. For GPS Nav I just set the iPhone on a dash mount thing that supplies power and let it do that stuff with the audio bluetooth streaming to thru the head unit.

If the head unit works real good in the Range Rover I might just pop one in the 928 so they will be the same and forgo the track data stuff. Might be nice to have them both work the same.

Have a nephew that is really into that run bike swim stuff. He started the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon, a 100 mile Rout 66 run called the Motherroad 100, and Oklahoma City Triathlon and a oklahoma city triathlon club. i think he is addicted to the endorphins. He is very type A and recently went through rehab for alcohol.

I haven't run farther than across the street in years. AND havent walked farther than from the car to a restaurant in a year. And i am not supposed to be walking at all. Just 3 more weeks!

Yeahhhh, no

What? To my iron man thing?
Yep, I would either die(not really) or
It would take me weeks to finish :/ I have pectus excavatum and thus crappy lung capacity. Distance running and lengthy vigorous exercise is a no-go, I physically will never be able to do it.

I have old fart's disease and humungus glutumous maximus!! so same thing, would never be able to do it either!!!

Used to do the run every lunchtime around the tan track, or the lake and fun run stuff back in the day, that's why I have a bad back and hip now.

Evening Y'all.
4am has been in my life for so long I don't even need an alarm clock anymore. I am just backing away from the internet some and I get more done before I have to wake Beth up by not turning on my computer.
I like the mornings when it is warm, I sit outside with my coffee and listen to the frogs and as the sun comes up the birds come out to say hi.
There is one point, right before the sun rises, where all the wild life is silent, it is almost like they are taking a break from their life to watch the sun come up with me.
Embrace the pre-dawn hours. (that sounded almost cultish)

Dying laughing. Janet, I go really slow and don't push myself at all. I do this stuff to keep in shape.

I've been feeling a little tired and run down with these long days I'm doing, so I took some multivitamins this morning. Bloody things make your pee go iridescent.

I wonder if thats what they put in them glow sticks?

The Flyzone Tidewater is gonna be here on Friday!!!
Whooo! There's a big ass pond just down the road, I can't wait for some water to air action...
Gonna have a buddy come over this weekend with a crossbow as well.....gonna shoot a line through the tail of my nitro plane and yank it down from the tree......a bunch of wind and some rain hasn't knocked it out so it's pretty much the only option...

Cool, cross bow action. Lucky Riick doesn't live near you or he would be volunteering to come and blast it outa the tree with some big assed cannon!!

Rick, yep sitting out and listening to the world wake up sure sounds good.

At our house atm, the mosquitos are coming in in swarms, and I would need a blood transfusion after one early coffee outside. i have to wait until the mid morning, and sit out the front in the sunshine, so I don't get bitten.

Sounds neat Rick. You just tell me about it. I don't want to see 4:00 AM ever again except to get up to pee.
