BBQ sound great, actually kinda hungry for it.

73% is best to cook with. All that grease cooking off is what adds the flavor. 91 is for freaks about to go vegetarian.

Buenos Dias, muchachos.

I used 73% as well until I couldn't get it here any more. Use the 81% stuff now and it is not too bad.

Buenos burritos! Made it through Monday...and on the downhill Amigo.

Jim Richards 07-02-2013 03:31 AM

¡Hola, fint! One day and a wake-up...then off to SoCal. Then it's painting and demo'ing and reframing and rewiring and drywalling. Whoo hoo! ;)

Sounds like fun...have an In-and-Out Double Double for me.

I just got back from that direction and cannot get the internal clock right. Plus, the humidity is killing me.

Yep. That's the part of the trip I'm not looking forward to.

Morning everyone!

Made it through the bachelor party saturday night. It was a nice Gettysburg bar crawl. The groom to be made a rule that you could only drink craft brews or seasonals. The budlite, miller lite... ect, ect were off limits. I was completely content with this, because I love craft brews, plus they are a higher percent alcohol for what you pay. Had an awesome delicious time. At the one bar we ran into a few re-enactors and tried to instigate a chug off between them. Well it didn't work out because we saw the union guys were hold each other up and the confederates just got there...hahaha. Union guys don't mess around. Groom to be had a great time and he found the surprise from his pineapple surprise that he had at the mexican restaurant....haha.

God I love Rotel.
Jim, you are gloating, darling. I'd love to head to socal for some housework and mild dry temperatures.

My mother in law decided to steal our kids until thursday so we had the night off. We went to dinner, a movie(which we have not done in years). This is the End was hilarious and I've still got 2 more kid free nights!
