A five hour drive (north) and I'm nearly at the closest town. Seven hours to get to the closest one south.

For my next trip to Porsche Parade the instructions are drive 1,200 miles west on I-40 to the first exit to a different interstate. I have driven 900 miles in one day going northeast, west and east. I can ony go about 750 miles straight south before I get to Brownsville TX and run into ocean or Mexico.

They are probably all going to the concert.
The rally is just something to do waiting for the concert.

Free Pizza tonight! And I don't have to go anywhere to get it.
![]() It is the regional board meeting for our PCA region. It is at my house tonight. I get to order the pizza. The club pays for the pizza.

Oi......
Transmission started shifting funny today.....figured it was just the TCU needing to be reset...since they'd just done a fluid change and filter and seals. Go to dealer....service manager says that it just needs a TCU flash and that they don't do that standardly when they work on the transmission.....it'll be $150.......and they can't 'fit it in' until Friday... Drive the car around back, flag down a tech I know and ask if he'll bring an IDS rig over.....I hook it up, tap a few buttons and let it do its thing for 10 minutes......unplug.....say thanks and drive off.... Stupid twat service manager... |
