Morning, y'all.

Jeff, Dave, you must know you're killing the poor ol' Bing translator. :p

slodave 11-14-2013 03:02 AM

Outback Porsche 11-14-2013 03:20 AM

Jim Richards 11-14-2013 03:30 AM

It would be easier to learn to speak/write Swedish than to decipher the Aussie lingo. :p

Jim Richards 11-14-2013 03:33 AM

Gotta run...prep for w&#@.

azzarule 11-14-2013 04:05 AM

Struth, a yank who talks Aussie slang, maaaaaaaaate! They will know what we're saying now.

Jim Richards 11-14-2013 04:50 AM

LOL, Azzy, we have absolutely no clue.

Andy911sc 11-14-2013 05:05 AM

Morning Everyone

GH85Carrera 11-14-2013 05:12 AM

Morning folks.

Another busy day here.

azzarule 11-14-2013 05:16 AM

Morning Jim, Glen, Andy and I am sure Rick is lurking there somewhere.

Back to the grind today.

Have been planning next years holiday out west, Alaska Cruise, trip through BC to a dear friends place in BC, then through Montana, Wyoming and SD. Should be a blast.

GH85Carrera 11-14-2013 05:24 AM

That will be a fun trip. The Alaska cruise is just totally cool.

Montana, Wyoming and SD are a few of the states I have yet to visit.

Have made bookings at Yellowstone, Glacier National Park, MT Rushmore area, get a nice round out of the iconic bits. Pity we can't go during the low season, school holidays will suck big time.

GH85Carrera 11-14-2013 06:15 AM

Yellowstone is always packed with tourists. No doubt some peak times are worse than others. Like the south rim of the Grand Canyon, it is always busy. The North Rim of the Grand Canyon is busy, but it is just a fraction of the south side. The North side is hard to get to and Vegas has tons of day trips up to the south rim.

Glacier & Mt. Rushmore are for sure on our to do list.

We need to get busy and see if we can find some sights to see around Monterey CA. The last time I drove to CA I did a 900 mile day to Flagstaff, then on in to San Diego and my wife flew out. Next year she will likely ride with me. The first day out of OK is always a LONG drive no matter which way we go with the exception of going to Baja Oklahoma.

Porsche-poor 11-14-2013 06:42 AM

Morning all. I smell smoke. Must be the translator program giving up.

GH85Carrera 11-14-2013 06:51 AM

Yea, as others have said Aussie slang into French is gonna be tough.

azzarule 11-14-2013 08:35 AM

you guys are so funny.

Monterey, is that next years big Porsche meet? Might have to see if we can get to that one. Ship Marilyn over, Rick's first job lol

azzarule 11-14-2013 08:36 AM

Try living it, Aussie to French, the accent really pees off the French, they don't get it at all. But some Aussie accents are definitely worse than others, bit like the difference between a Californian and someone from Mississippi, even they have trouble understanding one another.

It was guys with beards night. It was tough to keep the women at bay. It was a constant stream of women wanting Sid's autograph thinking he was a movie star and wanting Richard's autograph thinking he was from Duck dynasty. The other women thought I was Tom Hanks.

Cute pic! :)

And I don't think I understood one lick of the conversation between Dave and Jeff.

azzarule 11-14-2013 09:27 AM

Your slightly biased, lol.

But it looks like they had a lovely time, nice looking drinking hole.
