The sky is clear. This fell from the tree. It sounds like it is hailing but it looks like it is raining. Just strange stuff.

Decided not to go for burning my eyebrows off - went for the more traditional English style (Jamie Oliver) roast turkey.

Smothered it in garlic butter, put it on a trivet of veggies, and stuffed it with a pork and sage stuffing. Hopefully it works out okay.

MMMMMMM....;..garlic butter makes the world go 'round!!!

I just made a salad and topped it with beef heart that's been marinating in merlot for 3 day then grilled.

Making Gumbo tomorrow. Loaded up on all sorts of fresh goodies for gumbo at Whole Foods yesterday.
