That's why I like being single. My money gets spent on me!
Found a 91 targa with 3k miles for 15k.... |
Jeff,
Deep fry it! There's nothing like a deep fried turkey! |

Just sold Mrs. Noah's Acura. A little sad to see it go, as we purchased it new to bring our first child home from the hospital. http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y18...ps4ecea487.jpg |

Heck, even at 133K miles it's not a bad price.
A C2 coupe goes for the 20s around here these days. |
I contacted the guy about it....but I'd really like to wait until I get the insurance check first.....just a little more $ than I'd like to pull out of savings
|
A C2 with 33K miles for $15K--even a targa--is potentially a very good deal. Well, as long as the paucity of miles hasn't allowed all the seals and rubber bits to dry out and leak. I had a brief idea of sticking on a set of 3.6 Speedlines on a C2 and lowering it a bit. I think it looks fabulous. Then again, just about any Porsche looks good in 3.6 Speedlines.
Go check it out. For me! |
They ain't no Speedlines, but very similar…

Morning Y'all. I hate this area, the grand Kids are doing great and we had a lot of fun, with them yesterday. We won't get to spend too much time with them today before we have to leave but a little is better then none.
I hate this place, and the rain makes it worse. |
Morning Rick
Enjoy what time you can get with the little ones and have a safe trip home. I'm off to bed, hooroo. SmileWavy |
Take a duck, stuff it with a chicken, then stuff that in a turkey and bake…turducken.
I like stuffing a little crispier (I can put more gravy on it!) so I cook it in a pan separate from the turkey. Just cook my turkey in a roasting pan. roasting pan has a grill on the bottom to keep the turkey out of the broth that cooks out, and has a lid so the broth bastes the turkey. Some of the best turkey I've ever had was deep fried garlic turkey made by a Vietnamese family. Don't know how it was cooked but just could not stop eating. |
Morning all. Off to the Big D to trade a generator for a laminator. Sunrise sure looks pretty over the icy snowy landscape.

Noah930, you mentioned an Excellence article about 964s...what was/were the issue(s) they brought up? I think they're great, and regretted that I bought a 993 instead of sticking to 964s when I was looking for my first Porsche. I test drove an RSA back then that I should have pulled the trigger on. Sweet car. |

Best fried turkey I've had was done by a bunch of texans in their sign shop! Went in the day before thanksgiving and they had like 6 fryers lined up and were frying turkeys for all the employees and were eating a few on the spot. Tasty bird!

Shot my first Turkey for Christmas dinner this year…
http://cmsimg.freep.com/apps/pbcsi.d...-frozen-turkey Scared the crap out of everyone else in frozen foods, it was awesome! |
Evening Y'all.
Made it home safe and sound, rained on the way up, rained there, rained the way home, and my wheels look great. :) I think I am gonna go hunt me a turkey Richard style, but in these parts I would get yelled at for using the wrong loads in the 12ga |
