I want my 4 minutes back.

Sorry Jim I thought this was a random crap page. I think there is still a lot of other random crap on here to keep us off the PARF radar. I was just throwing it up because I got a complete laugh out of both sides of this. Especially the face the democrat makes...hahahaha. I wasn't looking for political banter just a shared laugh at the stupidity.

Dude, the whole country is beautiful landscaped and critters that have both the means and the desire to kill humans

i think that if it is a spot in australia, there are things there, wherever it may be, that can and will kill a person.

on another note, i figured out how to the drain the coolant without making a huge mess: if i pull the hose off of the water pump block off plate and let that drain, then pull the block off plate and remove the tiny thermostat for the turbo charger, it all drains in the same place. if i pull the drain plug from the radiator, it gets everywhere.

anyway, the new block off plate and O-ring are supposed to be delivered today, so i may have my car back by this afternoon. the upside is that the car got new coolant, twice, so i am thinking that the cooling system should be pretty happy.

Wow, you would rather go spend money at the vets than work.

We took our two in for their annual shots and checkup last weekend. It is amazing what a vet charges for a short visit and shots.

Who said I'm not getting paid? I have been here long enough that I earn tones of vacation time. So much that I can't use it all so I lose it.

we go to the humane society for scheduled shots. wounds, and such, i treat at home. at the IFA (intermountain farmers association) i can get all their shots, except rabies, and administer them myself. i've not chosen to go that far, yet.

I just ordered my lift.

http://www.summitracing.com/parts/bpi-5175730/overview/

It will be in next week. Now I just need to borrow a trailer to get it home. It weighs 950 lbs. I will likely have to rent a pallet jack to move it on and off of the trailer.

so, the part gets here. and then the rain starts within ten minutes. no kidding.

i got the new part on there and the hose clamps tightened up, then decided that it was a bad idea to continue allowing all the rain into my engine compartment. what a frickin nightmare.
