Thinking of a couple of options. Getting a goat or letting the lawn grow and having it bailed for winter feed.

Phew.

We got up at 7:00 and went to working. We washed the windows on the house and even the garage doors which have no windows. The two windows on the north side of the garage were the worst. They are sparking now.

Then I attacked the garage and the driveway itself. Power wash the driveway or really the parking lot was first on the list. Then the garage floor.

The garage is looking great.

Tomorrow the 911 gets a complete wax and detail.

Beautiful weather here. I'm up on the terrace grilling a pork chop and some Italian sausages. Mmmmmm.

Mmmm sounds yummy. Sharyn has a cold, I'm about to vacate the fart sack and make her breaky in bed - Eggs Benedict (with smoked salmon instead of ham).

I got to display my plumbers crack today, Sharyn wanted the laundry taps to stop dripping. That also meant a visit to the hardware and I managed to escape there with only $25 less in my wallet.

Morning Y'all.
Well I was woken up to the sounds of my cats trying to tear the house apart, I suspected a mouse and rolled over. Yeah that didn't work and it wasn't a mouse, there was a frigging bird in the house.
Just close your eyes and picture The Keystone Cops trying to catch a bird. I managed to chase the bird to the mudroom and I closed the door to the kitchen and opened the outside door. The little birdie made it safely outside.
Funny thing is he wasn't freaking out, I think he was having fun flipping his feathers at the cats who can't jump that high. Dumb bird, one on them can jump 6+ feet without a running start, it was only a matter of time

I had a bird in the attic once. It wasn't nearly as exciting as your experience, Rick.
