Hey Sid in the first picture the trees look green. Is that the camera or the actual tree?

Friday morning, bright and early. There is a turnpike that goes right out to the west part of town and hooks up with I-40. Then 880 miles west to Flagstaff. Just 10 hours of driving.

I get to have a wisdom tooth extracted today. I only had two grow in and they were late bloomers. I broke both of them and one was yanked a while ago and the last one is today. Woo, flippen , whoo. At least I won't be getting food stuck in it and having to mess with a pick for five minutes after I eat.

Did I mention that I really dislike going to the dentist? Even though the guy that owned the place until semi retirement is a good friend of ours.

Sidney, you forgot to tell Rick the best part of Tucson! Eegee's! We don't have any in Phoenix and I told Sidney to make sure he stops at one before he drives back. It has the best real fruit slushies!!! He took a picture for me.

The Super Jack Smoothie Truck is at the office this week. Employees get one free smoothie per day. The truck ran out of three flavors by 11:30am Monday and had to go restock. Not a connoisseur but the strawberries and cream smoothie I got Monday after providing a drug test sample was good. Gotta replace those fluids.

Maps says 13hrs.... . The time changes will get you 2 back, but you still have to drive them. Good luck! That's a boring damn drive.

It'll be less boring if Glen hits a western AZ sandstorm that shuts down I40.

BTDT, back in 2010. We forged on using smaller highways to get us through to Flagstaff.

Glen, I hope you have smooth sailing all the way!
