Unfortunately there aren't many fly balls in the 5th/6th grade level. We might have to use airsoft guns instead.

5th and 6th grade? Back in grade school we played baseball. I was my team's Clean Up Batter 'cause I usually knocked it over the fence. Played Catcher and was ace at catching tipped fouls. Hated spending the innings squatting made my legs hurt at night. There were no signs, the pitchers only had one pitch, "try to make it over the plate."
Our team sucked and almost never won. Kinda turned me off on playing sports despite the encouragement of even the coaches of the other teams to pursue it. We walked or road our bikes to the local grade school playground to practice. Later we got a nice field 5 miles away. The coach picked us all up in his pickup truck for practices, couldn't do that today. |
Yep. 5th and 6th grade girls. I am pretty sure non of our girls can make the 275' fence where we play. The girls get dropped of by their parents but a couple do carpool even though the field is on the edge of a town of 1200. I don't mind helping coach, but no one would step up and be head coach this year. We have some parents that will help base coach and we have others that would rather their kids didn't play so the parent could stay at the bar all night.

Our coach had 4 boys involved in Baseball, his youngest was on our team, the coach and his sons did ALL our coaching and base coaching. The only involvement by any of the parents was the coaches wife keeping the stats for our games. Some parents did come watch our games if it wasn't too hot, but only very few. Mine only came to one game that I can remember.
Cub Scouts it was somebodies mom. Boy Scouts it was one handicapped kid's Granddad, and one other retarded kid's dad, half our troop were either handicapped or retards…oops, special needs. The other half were us enablers. |
On vacation last year our 4 year old sneezed while he had a mouth full of whipped cream. It was a good demonstration of how the spray pattern plays out.

I had a fedex package stolen from my front porch on Saturday. ... no work crews allowed in the plantation on Saturdays and my front door isn't even closer to visible from the street. ...12g tripwires with cs shells sounds like an appropriate response.

Motion detection camera and a remote trigger dye pack...Or you could Fedex some dye packs to yourself packaged so they go off when the box is opened. And throw in one of the cheap sound boxes that just laugh, ha ha ha ha when the dye pack goes off. They open the box and Pow, splatter, "What?", ah ha ha ha ha ha ha ha.
You could put up a web site and sell the dye-pack boxes for people who get packages stolen to send to themselves. |
There is a new company selling a food replacement called Soylent. It's like a protein shake but is designed to nutritionally replace food. It costs $9 a day. On the web site it actually says..."It's not made of people." ha ha ha.

The ultimate would be to get Amazon to sell them and ship them. Stamp it personal to be opened by the addressee only. ;) |

I am lucky that I don't have a commute so I can travel off the rush hours. So traffic is usually not too bad for me. I've had more problems with traffic in Santa Barbara when driving home from college on a Friday than I've had in LA, which shows you how much I drive in LA- I try to avoid it. My drive to and from Parade was awesome, though. I saw so much new scenery and drove so many new roads. I took the scenic route and tried to avoid the 101 mostly. |
There is no reason why "StealThisBox.Com" couldn't make the box look like an Amazon box.

I printed and pinned that pic to my office notice board this morning. ;)

Sneezing & farting at the same time is not overly difficult. Sometimes a good sneeze will force a fart.
The real challenge is to burp and fart and the exact same moment. Good hump day folks. |
Sneeze, burp, and fart for the trifecta.
|
Burping and sneezing at the same time would be a real challenge. Both require the lungs and diaphragm to do different things. There is likely someone out there on earth that can do it, but to have the esophagus and trachea both outputting simultaneously is a rare skill.
