Getting on your feet will help your arse.

Looking forward to it. Been doing lots of stretches in between rest/fill stops.

There's a distinct lack of cardboard boxes for my body kit at the moment :(

You suck. Beat me to my post....

When in college turned a guy and his wheelchair into a tank for a Halloween costume using cardboard, tape, and a little paint.

So, while I was out of commission with my foot thing a friend came by a couple of times and washed my cars for me. He used his power washer. Was surprised how little water he used compared to using a garden hose with a spray nozzle. Then he dried the car using his electric leaf blower. Did a fantastic job. He was able to go straight from the leaf blower blow dry to detail spray.

So, thinking I need to get me a power washer and a leaf blower. Looking at a Karcher K3 Follow Me washer that has 4 wheels and one of the EGO cordless electric blowers.

Good morning folks.

TGIF!

The local PCA region charity car show is tomorrow. Last year we had Sid & Tweeze as honored guests. I guess we will have to carry on without them. :(

Last year we had a 959 attend. Who knows what will show up this year.

RKDinOKC 09-26-2014 05:47 AM

Woo hoo, Friday.

I'd buy anything with an ego. How could you go wrong?

RKDinOKC 09-26-2014 06:08 AM

The eGO leaf blower is a battery powered 450 CFM blower.

That's one hell of an ego!

RKDinOKC 09-26-2014 06:37 AM

They got a highly rated electric lawn mower and string trimmer, and chainsaw too.

That thing can blow more air than a congressman!

RKDinOKC 09-26-2014 11:14 AM

There is one blower that is made specifically for drying cars that blows heated air, but I just can't bring myself to spend $400 on drying my car.

porsche4life 09-26-2014 11:31 AM

I have a makita 18v leaf blower and while it's good for pushing water out of crevices, it's pretty underpowered really. :(

And Glen, have fun at the car show! I'll be back in ok for a bit soon, but that won't be until October.

RKDinOKC 09-26-2014 01:24 PM

The 18V Makita moves a whole 91 CFM of air. The EGO does 450 CFM. That's a bit more air.
