Gesh, this thread is going to get me in trouble at work today... haha.

Well the roof is being fixed, painters are in to take care of a few outside areas and tomorrow morning the electrician will finish up the requirements for the lender. I lot of this stuff, except roof, I offered to do myself, but the seller didn't want me getting hurt on the property. So, we had to get pros in. Good thing I know people because I am getting the work for next to nothing. A few cases of beer here, some gift cards to restaurants and a requirement of having beer available whenever they swing by is easy enough.

Closing is still on schedule for October 17th. Also only 11 more weeks until the wedding... gesh. I am growing up fast.

If pirate talk ain't to yer likin, the dreaded black spot may be upon ye. arrrr.

Forced rest day yesterday and today......got some sort of stomach bug.....farking garbage....I could barely keep from crapping my pants just staying home yesterday......it'd have been bad if I went to the gym...
