They can be quite entertaining.

After clearing the driveway we played a bit and they went to retrieve a toy and on the way back the lab jumped the gap between two drifts. The beagle tried since he thinks he is the same size as the lab. He plowed nose first into the other drift.

Then I kicked a hole on one of the larger drifts and stuck a toy deep in past my elbow and the lab was digging away at it when the beagle goes up top to see what is going on and of course the snow collapsed on the lab with the beagle falling and scrambling trying not to fall in the hole and the lab looking at him like "You idiot". She is just as bad though.

He is good at keeping the rodents away and she could smell a sparrow fart from 8.73 miles away.

Hey, have any of you all used the Bulls Bag sand bags for a spoon rest?

I just use my factory equipped monopod for a spoon rest. ;)

Rick V 02-06-2015 03:10 PM

I just use a Harris Bipod. I have one that clamps to the sling lug and one that will clamp onto a tack rail. Other then that I use a lead sled

nynor 02-06-2015 03:19 PM

harris bipod on the .308 and offhand for the AR15. :)

HHI944 02-06-2015 03:31 PM

A long long time ago, in a feces hole far away....we were taught this magical method of stabilizing an AR.....it worked so well that even completely incompetent buffoons could hit 300m targets with ease......use your damn elbow

nynor 02-06-2015 04:11 PM

meh. i can hit torso silhouettes at 300 yards offhand.

GH85Carrera 02-06-2015 04:22 PM

Heck, I just use my 38 snub nose revolver to shoot 1000 yard patterns of 40 shots in the Bulls eye from a quick draw single handed.

Oh wait that is the Monty Python skit not me.

I listen to Pandora at work all day. I have my station set up to pretty much feed me music I like and rarely have to thumbs down a song anymore.

I like Pandora because it plays music I don't already own or have only on vinyl and have not heard in years.

Pandora just served up a song I have not heard since my 8 track player died. The song D.O.A. by Bloodrock on the album Bloodrock2. Not exactly a feel good happy tune.

<iframe width="640" height="360" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/uKiV34O0L50?feature=player_detailpage" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

It came out in 1971 and made it to #21 on the hit list. I had both of their albums on 8 Track. I bet I have not heard that song since the late 1970s.

Sorry for bringing the room down...

My older brother was killed in a car wreck at age 17(1975). In his records we found this 45rpm. The first time I heard the song I got chills. My brother was DOA at the hospital.:(

There was a poem that came out during the 70's. I think it was posted in Ann Landers.

"Please God, I'm only 17". My Dad had a copy of this under the glass desk top in his office.

Wow. Sorry for you loss many years ago. It was and still is a weird song. I remember driving at night through rural LA (lower Alabama) and my 8 track started playing that song. I decided to change tapes in the middle of the song. .

ha ha haaaa, Spent the day watching as the consultants tried to migrate my email account to orifice365...Now my company email doesn't work. Yeee haw.

I'm not supposed to do it myself or fix anything, it's their job. That order now goes 3 bosses up.
