it was a club called the Holy Ghost, then another club, called At the Villa, a real big name, moved into it, so it became ATV @ the Church.

It was serious business... very remote, cops couldn't really get a fix on it, so it was a case of "anything goes". Only lasted a year (94), but boy that year was good.

Up to a few years back, a couple of friends of mine used to organise parties. Invitation per textmessage only, not on the list, no entry. 150 people at 1 time, no more.
Cops couldn't do much because it was a private party. No entry fee, invitation only...
At the end the line of people at the door wanting to get in was too much.

Man, those were good times
