Just back from the Hershey swap meet. 1100 mile round trip. Car ran great for having just woken up from a 5 month nap.
This was in the for sale corral.......i'd have bought it for you Glen but I was a few pesos short

Slobber.

One of the cars for sale at the dealers introduction of the new 911 was a 718 Spyder. One guy that showed up bought it on the spot. He told them to have it ready the next day at the dealership and he would write a check. He is the same guy that brought his Aston Martin Zagato to the car show and the autocross. It sounded like the old non turbo charged F1 cars. It was sweet. Oh ya, he brought a 959 to the car show once.

Luckily, there are no baseball bats in my house. Very tempting at times.

Good Morning all. A rainy Monday morning here.

I guess my brain is just too logical. I have never once even for a second thought about smashing my equipment with a bat. I just take it apart and fix it if possible or replace it. I may cuss at the computer, but smashing it is just stupid.

Built a lot of plastic models as a kid. My collection usually got thinned out around the Fourth of July when I was old enough to have fireworks. They blowed up real good.

Oh we blew up some models and plastic Army men wit fireworks. We never were allowed to keep a model during a move, and we moved all the time. The models were either going in the trash, or we had fun destroying them.

That is a lot different than getting mad at a computer because it did not do what you wanted, it did what you told it to do, or it did nothing at all. Maybe that is why I am typing this on a 12 year old computer and it is one of the "newer" computers. At least it the two computers running Win 2000 are not something I use often.

Rain? What is this foul stuff you speak of. We are in the middle of 4 days sans rain with temps pushing 80. Wednesday the rain comes back.

Morning all.

We are all happy to see the rain. It had been a while since we had some good rain. Things were real dry. We are still a little behind normal.

Last year was the wettest or second wettest depending on who they believe and what part of the state they live in. No doubt it was wet last year.
