borla exhaust: installed.

result: mmmmmm it's throaty. Inconspicuous cruising now impossible.

That is a workout program I could enjoy!

Good morning guys

porsche4life 10-13-2010 07:20 AM

Did you guys in OKC feel that? I think we just had a damned earthquake.

GH85Carrera 10-13-2010 07:29 AM

I did not feel a thing. I wonder what happened?

GH85Carrera 10-13-2010 07:36 AM

We did not feel anything at our office.

slodave 10-13-2010 09:26 AM

Meh, 4.3 is nothing to get out of bed over.

GH85Carrera 10-13-2010 10:17 AM

I was out of bed and at work. We have a concrete floor poured right on the ground. We did not feel anything at all. I have talked to some friends and they were in multi level buildings and did feel it. I am sure the TV news crews will find someone that had a picture knocked off the wall and have that as the headline news.

RKDinOKC 10-13-2010 11:02 AM

Woohoo...ABS failure was a connector that came unplugged and NOT the $2500 lateral acceleration sensor.

RKDinOKC 10-13-2010 03:22 PM

Fixed a bunch of problems on the Range Rover this morning. Tension bolt was gone on the power steering pump. The alternator belt is driven off the power steering pump pulley. Been getting electrical weirdness and dreading messing with it. Belt started making noise and found the belt tensioner bolt missing. Put in a bolt and tighten both up and all the electrical gremlins have disappeared.

GH85Carrera 10-13-2010 05:54 PM

Cool. Both of your cars are getting better.

What did they say about the mufflers on the 928?

Geronimo '74 10-13-2010 10:13 PM

Again late check in, morning dudes.
Won't be on much, busy busy..

porsche4life 10-13-2010 10:19 PM

Nonsense!

slodave 10-13-2010 10:20 PM

Up early Sidney? :)

porsche4life 10-13-2010 10:25 PM

Just got out of the shower... Smartass

RKDinOKC 10-13-2010 11:51 PM

I knocked the cats loose. They are in with those clamp things with cloth and leak easy. Easy fix too.
