I had an MRI on my knee after my little accident. Slept through it. She had said remain still and it might be noisy and I remember sliding in. Next thing I know she is saying all done.

We had fog, snow, rain, sunshine and everything in between this week. One thing we don't have is boring.

Have an overweight friend that started walking 3 miles a day a few months ago. He is a delivery man so he walks a lot in his job as well. Now after 4 months of the extra walking he is having knee and leg pain. After a month of his regular doctor not being able to help and providing pain killers he finally went to a physical therapist.

Physical therapist showed him he was walking duck footed, with his toes pointing outwards instead of he feet being parallel. Said it started bothering him because his daily walks were longer at a time and tiring the leg muscles.

The last few days he has been paying attention to keeping his feet parallel when walking and it has already gotten so much better he is off the pain meds.

Last flight this morning. Hoping the missus meets me at the airport with a mattress strapped to her back. :D

Just have her move the bed into the kitchen. That saves a lot of time. ;)

Was being generous and taking into consideration checking in, getting to the room, getting dressed, going back to the desk, and checking out.

Okay...3 minutes.

When still in HS found a clean, out of the way motel that would rent me a room for the night cheap, no questions. Took cash and never asked for an ID. Didn't even have to check out, just leave the key in the room and the maid sign on the door. The beds had those coin operated vibrators on them too, hilarious.

As a bonus the cafe next door had one of the best chicken fried steak diners in town.

Well according to today's spam...I have Alzheimer's, moles, diabetes, herpes, toenail fungus, stained teeth, need money, am overweight and balding with erectile dysfunction, YET there are Asian girls that want me!

My dad travled a lot while he was on the Air Force Presentations team. They were the guys that went all over the USA showing how some day man would walk on the moon and carry a hand held video camera as we watch live. Most in the audience we skeptical. One trip was to Vegas and the Air Force was not big on expenses so they had to stay at some crummy motels. The Vegas hotel was at the airport and my dad brought home the room rates card. They rented that room by the hour. :eek:
