We drove over to the MIL's for FOOD! Yum. Burp

Just got back from the MIL's, Nummy. The snow is falling and I am tired of this cold white crap.

Back from MIL's place. Great lasagna and we got the leftovers :) I am stuffed. We also brought home a large bag of Chex mix and a pan of apple dumplings.

I set my MIL up with a wireless router & Apple TV. She has a FAST internet connection! It it almost 3 times as fast as my home connection. She is on info overload but I think she will like renting HD movies for 1.99.

Tomorrow I will go set up my dad with the same setup.

This year, Christmas sucks over here.

I am not sure about over in Europe, but here in the states Christmas was killed long long ago by the "You have to spend a few brazilion dollars" on every person on the planet.
I have been anti Christmas from that standpoint for a few decades now

I am Santa for 30 nephew and nieces kids ranging in age from 3 to 16. I have been able for the last 10 years to find the same toy for each that they just love for under or around $10 each. They are always excited to see what uncle Richard got them. This year I got them Hexbug nanos, and Sidney got me a great deal on them from his Radio Shack hook up. They loved em. There were little electric roach looking bugs running round all over the place the whole day.

They make awesome cat toys.

Merry Christmas to all. I spent yesterday flying to the in-laws. I went from rainy SoCal to snowy Cape Cod. Same frickin' storm! Oh yeah, and another round of family dinners. But I'm enjoying the madness, as I hope the rest of you are, too.

Circ was great. Those performers remind me of myself, same lean muscular body shape. (that should be in green)

We were on the 4th row on the floor seating. We we so close we could see the texture of the costumes.

Evening guys, okay I have a question of morals.
Okay The daughter and I were going into a store and I saw some money on the ground. I went to customer service and told them I had found some cash and left them my number and name. (not the amount) and told them if someone comes asking about it, to have them call me. (they better know the amount too or they aren't getting it)
My question is, how long do I wait before I just bank it? I was thinking 24 hours, what say the rest?

I'd say if they don't call in the next few days, Merry Christmas rick.

Few days, mebbe a week. Longer if it's an extraordinary amount.
