It is his former employer that is offering me a job. If I even mention this to him it will be seen as fraternizing with the enemy. If I take the offer I will be moving up in pay, and getting out of Radioshack and all the other crap. I will be going to full time tech. The hours are better at the new place too. As are the advancement opportunities. My boss is young and the pharmacy is not big enough for two PharmDs. The guy that owns the other place owns ~5 pharmacies. I'm not sure that I want to stay in this area, but if I decide to. However, I really don't want to shake the boat right now. I'm working on my application for pharmacy school and will be needing references. If I jump ship on my boss I know what kind of reference I will get.... So I think the plan now is to just hold the course and wait till this summer. |

Weird, looking over the pharmacy school application it does not ask for any references. Just employment history....

Breakfast was great. What happened to Richard?
We HAD to go to the mall to get the Ghost Armor for my wife's iPad. I walked past the apple store and it looks like they are giving out cash. It is nucking futz.

Oh man, I overslept. Must have NOT partied hard enough.
Let's see... Hey boss, I bumped into your old nemesis last week. He remembered me from when I was job hunting and asked how I was doing. I told him I was doing great at pre-pharmacy, applying for pharmacy school, and working for you. He said that sounded great and offered me a full time tech job with better hours and $2.00/hour more than I am getting now. For a hungry college kid, it sure sounds tempting. See what he says. A future option I did not see in your scenarios is what happened to my nephew in a similar situation, only he was working in a funeral home instead of a pharmacy. He stayed with the guy, because good friends, and in a few years ended up owning the funeral home in Rolla. Oh yeah, he was originally planing to be a pharmacist.

I am really, really bored tonight.
I may just go drive around for the sake of not being at home.

Wanna come over and help me figure out why the 930 won't start?
I last drove it a month ago. It's been on a trickle charger (fully charged, now) for the past 3 days. I tried to fire it up today to move some stuff around in the garage...and it just cranked and cranked. Didn't have the energy to tackle another project today (first time I've seen my house in daylight in a month), so I just worked around the car.
