It is a might bit humid right now according to the METAR at the airport we fly from.

The good news is it is pretty clear. Once the sun is up it should be great.

At an R/C Air Show I got the chance to ride in one of those or a jump seat in a P-51 for $50 more donation to the Confederate Air Force. I picked the P-51.

Even the take off in the P-51 was more exciting. Pilot had to firewall it with the tail against a barbed wire fence and then pull the gear up as soon as it left the ground to clear telephone wires at the end of the runway. Actually they never got all that close to the wires, but it sure seemed like it from the jump seat.

They are selling rides in the Ford Tri-motor all weekend for $75 per seat. It landed right before us and we only needed 1/2 the runway so we were at the ramp first. They said to go ahead in front of them to get to the gas pumps. It is one of only 4 flying Tri-motors left.

That Tri-Motor is very cool, Glen. I remember seeing them in old movies. So what's up with the 107% humidity?

We're going to go sailing this afternoon.

They usually have one at Oskkosh for rides also.

My one Saturday a well will not involve sailing. Time to put the summer equipment away and get the winter stuff out.

Deciding weather to put the Cobra up for the winter or not. Will have to pull the dash out to do the new gauges and wiring harness, plus replace the old toggle switches with better ones. Not sure I want to do that in the other crowded garage or take it to the local body shop where I have some room.

Do that over and over until the employee answers with "A WHAT?" and they know they are far enough south.

Have started making Pepper work for her food. Hope she doesn't hide this Kong.
1/4 of her food in the morning in a puzzle, a Kong is level one. They have to work to get the food out.
Train her during the day for 1/2 her food.
Then 1/4 of her food in the evening in a puzzle.

Still waiting for the cotton gauze things to use for spitting on for scent training.

This morning she said "Good Morning" instead of "Hello" at the drive up window for donuts.

Also have started making her come to me, get my attention by nosing me, then saying "I want out" to go outside.

Hoping that will make it easier to add getting my attention to signal me if my blood sugar is up or down.
