Check out my thread titled "We had an exciting morning"

We have had 1.53 inches of rain since midnight. 5.48 inches in the last three days. The lakes are full again. I have the sprinkler system off. For some reason the rain sensor does not see the sensor. I guess I need to replace it again.

Did you call the service provider?

On occasion I call when our internet iis having issues. They can reset my modem and I just restart the router, or they tell me they are working in the area.

Mornin all. Lots of rain and now sunny and 60*. Found some small leaks in the trailer. Whoo hoo!

Good luck with the internet David. We have always had good service. Last issue they upgraded our speed for better service for the price we were paying for the lower speed. They said that they were having lots of issues with that plan for some reason.

Stijn!!

Fun run to a great restaurant. They specialize in great pies. Wonderful Peach cobbler.

This ain’t it. This is a rest stop on the return trip.

You should put one of those lights timers on it to turn off for 1 minute at 3am.

We are home safe from Arkansas. Ni issues except too much food. Get up and eat breakfast, a few hours later, lunch, then dinner banquet.

Last night's banquet was top notch. Boiled shrimp, prime rib and pork tenderloin, asparagus, mashed taters, some pasta for the non meat eaters. and cheesecake for desert. Yummy stuff.

Now I have a dirty 911 that needs a bath.

Well, after using the boss's 911 for all the fun roads and over 1,000 miles I have to wash his car. I took his wife along to the romantic bed and breakfast as well.

After one day of heave rain, mostly at night, it is a bit filthy. The roads on Saturday morning were wet and the car got slimed. It will clean right up.

A few weeks ago, someone decided that stopping for pedestrians in a crosswalk was lame. Unfortunately/fortunately, I was in front of them. My Camry ended up about 2ft shorter as a result, the trunk was completely obliterated.
So, now I drive a Prius…and friggin love it. I can go weeks without getting gas. I’m averaging 56mpg since buying it.

And, come Tuesday, I’ll no longer be an uneducated redneck. A few weeks later, the actual diploma will arrive.

Congrats. On the degree, not the crash. I know a few with a Prius and all love them.

Congrats on getting educated.

So no more Range Rovers or British vehicles, and on to something practical. Almost like you are becoming an adult.

Just remember growing old is mandatory, growing up in optional!
