As this is my personal email adress, and not my work email adress, i have no backup. Honestly , nobody could possibly back me up, it would take a legion of variously skilled superpeople...
If it's urgent, you could try resending the email, but flag it as "important".
that way a different mailbox rule will handle your email, it might even help to get my attention to it.

That is unreal but not uncommon. I have sent hundreds of letters to various medical device companies over the years. More than a few have replied very late, more than a year. I think they probably had a sudden urge to clean out their mailbox and found my letters. Ooops.
