That's a lot of time, for little return... I prefer to make out a check to Las Vegas once a year and mail it to them. Saves a lot of driving time and other expenses.

You need to clean the grout.

it's a floor from 1923, they used cement in those days for tiles. not tile grout.

I'll put a new floor in when i get to that part of the renovation of ma house.
I don't like the floor at all, but right now, it's not the priority.

Shower first, insulation, then remodel the front of the house, with new entry and a seperate entry hall (rather then front door in living room)...
