I bought some powered speakers for the garage. Now I just haul the laptop out to the garage and use my wireless network to listen to Pandora. I have not had to listen to commercials in weeks. I listen to Pandora all day at work.

Just check out Pandora.com

You can set up a play list to listen to your favorite artists. I have not heard Montrose in years. Black Oak Arkansas is never on the radio. It is on my favorites list. I pay a whopping three bucks a month for unlimited music. $36.00 per year is cheap for no commercials.

gotcha. pretty damn cool.

i typed in "the smiths" it played big mouth strikes again, a very cool song, then followed up with a forest, by "the cure", one of my favorite songs of all time.

i have about 100GB's of music on my hard drive and usually just make a playlist in iTunes. i'll give this a whirl, however.

how much is the paid subscription?

The paid is 36 a year...
And if you hear a song you don't like you thumbs down it.... The more thumbs down and up you do the more the station is catered to you and eventually it gets to where you love every song...
