So currently my cousin and uncle have cousins POS mustang on my lift installing air cylinders for the shocks so it will hop... IDK why my uncle is helping... He knows it won't work... Anyways... I just went over there... The cylinders ain't got enough OOMPH... I have no clue what they are going to do.... But I need the shop tomorrow... And I WOULD love to remove that car from the lift with the front end loader on the tractor....

Dave, no, minced meat balls

Gman, no, to finish my shower, you should have that engine apart on your own by then,
hell, it would have been apart by now if only you would have had a set of sockets around when i came over...

I have a 56 piece ratchet set now (from Proxxon), I only needed it once to unbolt those spline bolts from the flywheel. Up until now my Facom mini socket has served me well...
Today or tomorrow, my P201 will be ready.
I think by the time it will be ready, I will have removed so much from the engine that I'll be able to lift it in the engine stand by myself...

PS: Seems to me like you're missing some tools as well... That shower sure is becoming a looooong term project, isn't it?? Need help?? My tiling skillz are second to none...

Here's what I did today... That little VW can rot in the shop as long as I can have afternoons like this... http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=148807&id=592911045&l=5d1ca1b78c

Good morning, guys.

Friend of mine just came back from a trip to California, combining skiing with roller-blading en la playa. Report was very positive. Told me the people was great, very nice and that he could easily see himself living there.

He must have been constantly drunk, right!

What is the monument with the flag? I have driven by Gloss Mtns. several times. The astronomy club used the parking lot one night. We had permission from a ranger to set up in the lot for some star gazing. It is a good dark location.

Looking forward to it, Sidney!

Dave, I drove to work today in charcoal darkness with a blend of rain and snow whipping against the windshield from the hard wind. Life is not fair. I desperately need light and heat. I just can not figure out the very first inhabitants or immigrants to Scandinavia. "Hey, this is a great place - lets stay here!" ?&¤#%%##

I hear Greenland is even worse. I have never been to either country so it is just what I have heard.

got a bad case of the mondays.

and it seems like today all i get is stupid questions.

Won't go into detail, but the following analogy works

dude goes to his Garage

"I can't get into my car, my garage door opener does not work, fix it"

* Dude, there's nothing wrong with your car, it's your garage door that's broken *

" Look, i can't get into my car, the car is under warranty, that's a car problem, fix it!!!"

@#$@#$@

The guy probably just watched the last Die Hard movie. The computer geek guy could redirect satellites from his cell phone. He could hack into the power grid and turn off the power. If some dude with a phone can do that you should be able to fix the guys problem.

I can see how it would be dark there... Nearest town is Orienta... Which is more of an intersection with a quick shop...

That monument just had lots of facts and history about the area.

Yea, it is REAL dark out there. To get an idea how long ago it was, we went out there to get a better look at Halley's comet. We found a lot of Messier objects that you can't see from the metro area. That is one of my many hobbies I just don't have time for anymore.

One of the guys in the astronomy club made a comment that I will always remember. He said it is the best hobby in the world if you want to cheat on your wife. You load up some equipment and stay out all night. When you come home you say "wow the viewing was GREAT last night !"

I am sure a large portion of the people that live in cities have never seen the Milky Way.
