I could do some calcs with an acceleration in gear from one speed to another and the weight of your car but it would would not be very accurate due to necessary assumptions such as constant acceleration. Even then, it would only be the power to the wheels minus the power being consumed by air resistance and rolling resistance. It would be affected by tire size and gearing as well as the inertia of the rotating parts. If I had every spec on your car I could get a pretty accurate value for horsepower at the crankshaft but it would take a little time to do that.

If you had a G meter it would be a little more accurate but still would only yield the net power. Then again, that is all that matters.

If you did a very short acceleration run with the first method it would be more accurate, but you would need to have a very accurate speedometer (GPS) and a timer that was set to record the time between speeds automatically to reduce the reading error with the process of reading an analog speedo and a clock at the same time while driving.

I think even Ariel can correctly identify those parts, and she doesn't even remember which way to spin the wheel to trim the nose up!

No.

I bought this one years ago at a real store (Borders in TO before they closed) so I got to look at it before buying.

Thanks ,Max.
I think I will put it on the dyno.
They are putting me in with the new GT3s next year, so I will find out.
What a stupid set of rules, A 930 v GT3s.
Power/Weight is nonsense.
Brakes, grip, gearbox and everything has improved so much.
Even with 500hp, a 930 cant compete with a new GT3 RS.
I will be fun trying.
