His sexual preference never seemed to be a part in his other banishments. He just can't control himself and spirals into violence laced posts every time. He's threatened people numerous times.

EDIT: He should have been permanently banned a long time ago.

He was the main instigator. Yes, people fired back, but he was the one who started it, over and over. Had he been able to control his mouth, this would not have happened. People can be mean, but people can also be violent and he was.

N! certainly caught a lot of flak for being gay. He was certainly given a hard time about it. And like Sid says, he wasn't treated equitably in the past.

But he was also a clear attention whore (not that that necessarily should result in getting banned). He certainly brought up sexual preference when it wasn't an issue. Half his posts made no sense at all. (Maybe he just drinks a lot?) He certainly pushed people's buttons on purpose. And he certainly didn't STFU when common sense should have dictated so. Which is what led to his termination.

Either the guy is really weird, has serious gender/sexuality issues, or quite possibly both.
