Another gorgeous day here in La-la land yesterday. It was hot enough that when I took the motorcycle out and used the perf'd jacket. I stopped by the local neighborhood playground, and it was packed. With MILFs no less. My wife (who was there with the kids) commented that it was ridiculous. Half the moms looked like they should be actresses/models.

Holy crap I am pissed. We got out property assessments yesterday and the frigging county cut me 20k, but raised the tax percentage so they get the same amount of money. My house is on the market and I now have to amend my asking price because of these fkuc-tards. I am 50k away from retiring and those butt-munching-beancounting-sacks-o-yack-testicles are making it even harder than it was 2 months ago.

Good after noon guys. I saw an article in today's newspaper ( yea I read the paper) that today, Super Bowl Sunday is the 2nd biggest eating day. Only Thanksgiving beats it for pigging out. We will be going to my dad's girlfriend's house to eat and socialize and watch the funny commercials and maybe some of the game.

All buttoned back up. Just need to bleed the front calipers and get a tire patched (found a nail in it) then check my ride height and alignment.

We refied about 2 months ago. We were appraised at 205K the new appraisal was 175K

Went and loaded up a new bed for the wrecked pick em up... This particular one won't be getting used though. We had looked at this one and passed b/c it wasn't quite nice enough and dad had found a new bed that had never been installed. The guy that had this one wanted it gone though, so dad traded him a few bux worth of graphics. We should be able to turn this one on craigslist for 5 bills easy, and we will install the new bed on our truck....
