I can't help but think they don't fix anything really..
They fix a problem that ain't there, or mask a problem instead of fixing it.
But maybe that's just me, they never did much for me, they are tiny M&M's without the taste and color to me..

I've always had anxiety problems, not just associated with underlying issues, but in general. Those little candies calm me down and help me focus, though I don't take them with anywhere near the frequency indicated. It is purely an as needed thing.
