my 14 year old kid can mow both front and back in less than an hour and I did mention that food was your choice.

Hey, I'm not doing too bad. Took two 30 question quiz's out of the full 800 and was in the 80% both times. I should be doing better, but I'll take it.

hopeful in the next 30 days I will not only get my GTS back, but it will also be paid off.

I was saving to buy out my lease when the valves crashed and that savings will just about cover it. Was worried about where to get the money to buy out the lease.

Got to looking at my finances and...
My mortgage is at 6.75%. Doing a refinance at 4.125%. Will save enough interest that I can reduce my mortgage payment, shorten the time on my mortgage, AND take enough out of equity to pay off lease on the GTS and the valve crash.

No car payments of a great feeling. I paid off my last one about 6 months ago.

I didn't have a car payment when I got the GTS. Tried for 2 weeks to talk myself out of buying it, but with only 3 that color and only two of those 5 speeds figured one would never come up for sale again.

The other 5 speed the same color is in Halifax. So mine is the only one in USA.
