Thanks for your suggestion Rick but if I am doing engineering homework it usually requires a laptop, a book, a calculator, a few papers, and space to write/erase. It's not that simple.

The controls book finally came in at the book store. I asked the teacher beforehand whether we would have textbook problems assigned and she (in a lot more words that that since she is Chinese and hard to converse with) said yes. So I went out and bought it. I think I will most likely sell it back at the end of the quarter. I don't think I will need it as a reference book but we'll see.
We were listening to some heavy songs in the music class today. Dylan mostly. We went over history about the early days of the civil rights movement and some of the assasinations/murders that took place. Medger Evers, Emmett Till. Dylan's less that spectacular vocals somehow seem just right for those gut-wrenching songs that he wrote. Masters of War he seems to sing a bit better, though. We did not listen to that one in class.

Here's your activity for tomorrow morning, Max. It's only $10. Feel free to even take someone in the friend zone. Who knows, you might enjoy the performance.
Cal Poly Arts to Host Massenet’s “Manon” Go get your ticket(s) this afternoon.

I like Wagner but that's about as close as I come to opera. I can't sit and watch a performance like that. I get restless. Gotta do something.

I could see riding or rollerblading with Dave as a wingman somewhere though.

OK guys, I will be back late tonight. Well there is a chance I may be able to get back earlier but I am not planning on it. I trust you can carry on your conversations without me. Though the post rate seems to drop off a cliff when we are not discussing my outlook on life.
It looks like I will hit 12,000 posts shortly after midnight.

OK, nevermind. I just got back from the grocery store and noticed a Mustang with the hood up in the parking lot. I would have stopped to help anyway but there were a couple girls standing next to the car. At least one of them was smoking hot. I didn't really notice the other two since I was a little distracted. I asked if they had/had called AAA and they had but the operator could not figure out where they were (it is pretty hard to tell someone the specific part of campus they are at unless that person has been here). So anyway, I ask what the problem is, no start, ask them to try it... click... nothing. Guess dead battery. Get jumper cables, need longer ones. Put two together. Ask smoking hot girl to hold the middle junctions off the ground and not let the metal touch. Rev BMW. Can tell battery is dead when other chick tries to start it. Does not start. Wait more with me revving BMW to get some electrons flowing. Try again. Cranks a bit but no start.
That f-er is really dead don't know what happened. Driver claims battery is only a couple months old. Didn't ask about leaving lights on or anything. Anyway the girls decided to just wait for the AAA. Did not get the car started. She will probably need a new battery anyway so it's best if AAA comes with their battery checker and jump box. I have had to use them once here myself. The towtruck company AAA sent was familiar with campus. Anyway, smoking hot and her friend apparently had to leave for class. Driver still there. F*** me. It all happened so quick I never got the chance to get her name. ![]() I could tell they were not engineers, though. Because when I showed up they asked "Oh, do you know about cars?" I'm thinking "Oh yeah, baby." But just said "Well, I know about old cars."F*** again. Another opportunity lost. I'll have to keep an eye out for a yellow mustang convertable full of girls.

AAA just showed up. Her car is parked near mine in the lot which my room faces. I like to keep an eye on my car, and the view of the trees and cars I like better than facing the other buildings.

I'm going to try to make light conversation with the blue-eyed girl this afternoon in composites. She sat next to me this morning in controls because most of the other seats were taken. Too bad she came in close to the start of class so no time to chat.

Oh yeah. Whoever invented those stretchy shirts that show belly button and the tight jeans. Genious!
![]() That's all for now. Just 4 more posts to 12,000 for me. Edit: Make that 3. Been posting in the Tech Forum a bit. I hope you are all enjoying this.

Tomorrow i'm getting intimate with my rifle.
I'll whisper a few sweet nothings in to her ear and then i'm going to pop her cherry. i fully intend to get her smoking hot and in the end , stick my bore snake in there... off course i will make sure to use some FP10 lube... anything worth doing, is worth doing right.
