As a counterpoint, knowing how nature/geology works does not spoil it for me as some people think. And knowing how cars and things work does not make them any less interesting to me.

And like I said before, if she says no, don't let it crush you. Just means your woman is out there and isn't her. Seriously. Life is funny sometimes... Things end up working out when you arent looking. |

Yeah, I have started to take to heart the "she is not worth your time" about certain girls.

Now Max, if you tried to figure out women and vice versa, you will have just solved the impossible. Don't even try it. It is a waste of time. We were meant to intrigue each other. Don't mess up the natural order.

Now let's stop being pansies and talking in circles like girls. Just do it, Max and report back to us where and what you are gonna do. And by all means, don't think about it so much!!!

Everything to varying degrees, all women are bat chit crazy and all men are complete idiots in regards to women. This is the golden rule.

I still feel anxious around the one girl but I don't think there is a chance for anything to happen between us from her reactions to me. Not mean but just unemotional for the most part. She sat next to me in controls (she comes later so most other seats were filled) and I took my usual seat in Composites which today she had sat next to. Makes for an uneasy feeling through class but it is easy to see the board without my glasses. I don't like wearing them anymore since they hurt my eyes up close and so I need to keep taking them off and putting them on or else have them on the end of my nose and tilt my head. So I just sit closer now. My eyes seem to be adjusting actually. My far away vision seems a little better. Still have the astigmatism (not going to try to spell that) so there is a bit of double vision though.

Pansy! Well, I am kind of sensitive. I guess that is why I feel a need to have a girl to share feelings with.

Just for the record max, I'm not even working on my case right now, that's back burner fodder for at least two more months. I'm doing some expose and offering my testimony for another similar case. My former employer is up to their same old tricks.......over a year late on all discovery requests and can't even be bothered to answer in part or object....they truly believe they are above the law and eventually they're gonna get hammered hard for it and get a default judgement slapped on em.

Like I said, I just don't know what to say.
![]() I owe much of my character to my parents and how they raised me. And they raised me with religious values such as respect for others. Could I have learned that from them without church? Certainly. But still, it was the base for the values. I might have been just another idiot out there raising hell otheriwse. But I might not. I just don't know. I respect the foundations of Catholicism and its mission. The humans trying to carry out the will of God can and do err. But don't dismiss an entire religion based on that. The Church went through the Protestant Reformation and fixed the problems which sparked it. Maybe your quest can do similarly. I personally think married priests would be good. I don't see what the theological problem is with it, other than it is not Traditional. Tradition is a big thing in Catholicism, as you might expect from a 2,000 year old organisation.
