Max, just ask the girl. I doubt she will slap you or kick you in the nuts. She may be hurt that you are not interested in her, but you will never know until you ask. All of that sounds easy but I know it is difficult. I was much like you when I was your age. I got over it by talking to any and all women that would talk to me.

I don't have much preachers daughter experience. Dated a plastic surgeons daughter once......her level of crazy was surpassed only by TEB......her crazy was if the fun variety though. Come to think of it, they both drive 3 series convertibles........maybe that's a clue.....

We (most of us at least) didn't have to worry about real "adult things," like earning a living, saving for retirement, navagating the rat race, how to afford that new roof for the house, what to do with aging parents, etc. Heck, most of us didn't even have to really worry about paying for school/housing/food/books, even if we were on student loans or work-study.

He didn't mean it in a condescending way. It was more of an: appreciate where you are in life right now. It's a special 4 years. Don't look back on it full of coulda, shoulda, wouldas. One day, you will (to a certain degree) wish you were back in college.

Changing your major is a sure way to add some time... Ask me how I know...

Or skipping a while to go play in corporate America.... I still think I'll be done inside of 5 years.

Hahahahaha! I just let out a fart that woke my dog up, scared him enough that he growled at the door then made him simper when he caught a whiff.

Noah, TOTALLY!!!!

Nynor, disagree with you. Friends with a lot of guys. Don't have a SO and I am not interested in getting anywhere with my guy friends. Makes me want to vomit a little just thinking about it.

Max, it is irrelevant if the girl you are friends with likes you or not. You don't have feelings for her. Don't like someone just because they like you. That is a formula for disaster. Believe me, personal experience.

Joe, thanks for compliment but sorry to say that there hasn't been a SOB that makes ME happy. I don't think I am that picky or expect too much. I just expect somebody to keep up with me. Apparently hard to find. It's all good. Max, sometimes being "alone" is gonna be the best times of your life too. Just don't let it pass by because you were stressing out trying to be with somebody.

Sidney, I am a nurse. You boys are going to have to find something more disgusting than farting to offend me. Bodily functions don't scare me...
