Either. I usually just listen on my computer speakers (not that great) or in my car (much better) but going to the farmers market and on my Saturday bike ride I took my earbuds and today I brought my iPod while riding my bike.

The earbuds do not fit my ears at all, though. I am going to look for some better listening devices.

Meh, over the ear headphones and music is the best.

I think having the earbuds and being able to play it loud-ish while doing other stuff gets me amped up way more than on the computer. More than in the car, too.

Yeah, I agree. But they are a little less convenient for storage in my pocket, and they mess up my hair.

But you're not hearing the whole thing. Especially with the older stuff.

How do you mean? The larger earphones have base and tweeter speakers in each ear? Or just that the sound leaks out with the earbuds?

Sound encapsulation. Getting rid of as much ambient noise as you can. You start to hear everything in the song.

When I am out and about I want to still be able to hear what is going on around me at times. It can be important while riding. And on my bike ride I could still hear the birds in the background while listening to airplane or whatever.

Yes, I said for home use. And this isn't the 70's anymore. You need to pay attention to your surroundings while outside. I really don't like people that have their iPods blaring on the bike path. ON YOUR LEFT!! They don't hear a thing.

I finally changed my facebook over to that timeline thing. I do like how it has more photos and less stupid status updates that I did not actually post to my wall (like "Max just updated his likes").

I'm okay with the change. It makes sense to me.

At first the columns seemed to confuse me. I liked the strictly scroll down for older posts, but the pretty pictures and cover/banner thing won me over.

Technology moves forward. Pretty soon I'll have to submit to Windows 8 and get a feel for it. Such is life.

Yeah. Change is good. You go first.

Or you can just go on walkabout and live in the bush.

I'm tempted! I've been tempted for a long time. I have a different place in mind, but I ain't sayin' where.

I've been to his place - it is very nice. I prefer my parents, but that's not where I had in mind.
