I did help the first time I saw her (well, I actually saw her friends) but it all happened so fast I did not even introduce myself properly before the hot one had to leave for class or something. Anyway the AAA service was quick this time. She's gone.

Dude, a pleasant smile?
Pretty eyes?
Captivating voice?
intelligence?
Every woman has something, if you care enough to simply look for it. Sometimes you actually have to put in some effort.
Example, her hood is up, you go check on her. She happens to mention to her friends that Max is such a nice guy, he stopped to see if I was okay. Even if she is a total waste of time she will talk nice about you to her friends that you seem to like.

It was a rare, shallow moment. Brought about by their apparent lack of knowledge of basic car workings. Plus the one looked really good on that nice spring day. tight jeans, stretchy top showing waist, sandals, etc. Hey, I am a male.

Hey, I have already said the girl has already driven off. She only had the hood up for a minute or two, even though I saw her door open a little longer. So I only knew she had a bad battery for a minute and AAA showed up while I was posting on this thread.

Max, I have been with my GF for 10 great years.
I met her through a friend of a friend.
Then I started bonking one of her friends then another.
We would hang out as a group.
In that enviroment we got to know each other and bingo!
The beginning and the end of anything are not seperate.
One cant be without the other.

All this is good advice and I have heard it before here about 10,000 posts ago. I don't think anyone else can take any more of it.

But thank you for contributing, Vas. I just don't want the others yelling at me again.

And, Max.
My GFs friends that I was bonking were better looking than her.
Thats just the facts.
But something other than just looks drew me in.
She has a kind heart, looks after me, has no judgement on others, has a love of animals and will
do anything for me.
You need to know someone to get those qualities.
Sometimes its this, that is the most important in a partner.

So boobies are not looks?

I understand completely that a long-lasting relationship takes attraction to more than just looks. But I feel that trying too hard to meet someone will not result in finding someone that shares some of my biggest interests. So I feel I should just keep an open mind and a keen eye out while I continue to do what I like to do.

Some guys use tennis balls to cover their intake trumpets when parked. I wonder what that would do in a combustion chamber?

Alright. I am gearing up for doing my senior project next year. I have to write up a proposal and look for sponsors and advisors. I want to design a new suspension and compare it to both the old, camber system on the Formula Electric car and a conventional setup. Have to figure out what to measure during testing while tuning all three setups. I also have to learn how to build the stuff and on a budget.

Plus there will be more fun tech electives next year. I like the composites class I am taking now.

All in all I should be busy enough to keep my mind off of any possible feelings of loneliness.

I have been playing around with this other suspension for a while now in Solidworks. Since winter break at least. Kind of came about from the rc car suspension project I worked on last summer. So I should have a good head start on the proposal.

It has also been determined that paper towels are not fuel but that didn't stop D. Really, the only saving grace about that whole situation is the fact he is too tight to buy actual shop rags.
