Got up early and put on the slow cooker this morning - chicken and mushrooms in white wine. Should be just right 10hrs from now. Yum! Gunna be thinking about it all day (in between daydreams about rooting swings )

Hey, I've got an eye bolt in the ceiling of my guest bedroom. It was for one of those trapeze bars to help my brother with MS get out of bed. Hmmm.

BTW, my telescope sucks. Flimsy unstable mount. Focuser is too stiff. If I breathe the damn image shakes.

Notice I'm trying to get some distance from tonight's topic?

Don't use your swing to support your telescope, it could slip off and rub your nipples raw. You would need nipple lube then.

good grief this place is nuts.

I have a 4" refractor mounted on an equatorial mount. Works pretty good.

I'm not a big fan of nuts. But, when I do eat nuts, I prefer walnuts.

We buy 10 pound bags of peanuts from an Oklahoma based store. A 10 pound bag of regular roasted and a 5 pound bag of Cajun spice flavored peanuts last a couple of months.

Busy, busy, busy...........
Got the water pump off and head studs loose..... Waiting on the parts now, but last one em will be in Thursday...... Replacing the pump, and all gaskets on the head and temp sender........ Bleh....... Anytime I work on the Landy, I end up covered in grease and blood.....

Smoked one of the new Romeo blend from RyJ, good but not great, price is better than most RyJ though......

Hey Dave, and how's that project coming????

Wow, I am glad to see the nipple discussion grew legs so to speak.

But Rick, I am disappointed. No birthday thread for me?

I spent Saturday at the track, doing a composites take-home final exam during the qualifying and then photographing the 4 hour race. Then Sunday I rode my bike on Mulholland like always and met up with some Porsche friends who are also on flickr/Pelican/Early 911S Registry. Then I tried to finish the MATLAB code for that final. Then drove back to San Luis Obispo. Then went to bed at 12:45 to get up this morning for a 7AM mechanical controls systems final followed by the rest of the composites final at 1PM. I did manage to get my photos uploaded, too: http://www.flickr.com/photos/max_911_fahrer/sets/72157630052909106/

There must have been a lot of clag in that turn. People were sliding around like that a lot. Made for a good show, though.
