i got in a hurry making the sauce, as i was trying to get the thing done before angie went to work. i was aiming for thicker. as it is, it turned out thick enough.
sauce: .5 liter beer 1 cup of water with 1 tbs flour to thicken 1/2 tsp salt 1 crushed clove of garlic herb spices to taste reduce until thick. it was delicious!

Howdy all! Drive by posting......gotta sleep......since 0800monday, I've logged 45hrs of work including 1000 miles of driving........got another full day tomorrow then I'm killing my schedule Friday and taking a long weekend.......being your own boss has pros and cons
