I marinated some lamb steaks today in coconut milk, peanut butter, peanut oil, curry powder and some of the crushed chili (lava) from last week. Just cubed them, put the cubes on skewers, and chucked them under the grill. Man they smell good cooking.

Yum, that was good. I've got a nice little tingle around my mouth thanks to the chilies. We'll see how that works out tomorrow ring of fire
