I 'member back in MY DAY, the metal bashers workplace at 5SQN was a complete wall of twats, of all 'colours', I being the only female member at the squadron didn't feel I could say anything, but then I really didn't give a ****, I didn't have to look at it, I just ignored it. These days, you can't even say twats, let alone have 4-500 of them lining the walls of the workplace!!

I have regained my sense of humor, not my money or anything else, still trying to get someone who can help me with my bill, but, todays snow (sorry Rick had to mention it) was a **** load of fun, so lightened the mood, Numba 2 son had a "snow day" from school here in St Mary's County, so I had to (sorry about the pun) chill out, or I would have killed him.

So cooling it until I know for sure that there is no way out of paying the bill. But praying heaps

Those times are but a distant memory for most of us.

For some reason I get to maintain an eccentric atmosphere - don't really know why or how it came to be. I do try to not push too many boundaries - this stunt is probably pretty close to the limit.

Being 1500km away from the corporate wallies has some benefits. And, we're all a little thick skinned out here (although a did clear it with the ladies re wearing the t-shirt).

Azzy have you looked into seeing if they will change your plan to one that has unlimited text and back dating it? Might be worth a shot.
I know with AT&t they offer the unlimited text that also gives you unlimited cell to cell with it.

the last hour, since the dominance issues with our pup were addressed, has been very quiet and mellow. i did have to reiterate who was in control. it is amazing the noises a dog will make, unharmed, when their authority is eliminated. i should have done this weeks ago. i just didn't recognize it. i was told by the breeder that she was 'strong' and that she 'held her own with her brothers.' these are good things, in my mind, but she needs to understand the pecking order: she is at the very bottom. period.

I have a snoop trapping program on my servers. There are several copies and alias' I've placed where no one should be looking in the Mac's hidden system and preference files with curious names like; Sexplosion, Nakedidity, and XXXnasty. When you click on the program it first installs itself to run at login, then imitates a system lock up with and error screen saying the system has been corrupted, contact an administrator, it provides a "restart" button that moves out of the way when you try to click on it. When you do a hard reboot the program is the first thing that runs and it looks as if you are spewed. They are servers so except for the actual reboot time, everything still works, only the person sitting at the console screen is fooled.

So far I've caught 2 people snooping around on the servers that shouldn't have been.
