Have fun;
On a side note I guess spring is close at hand, my long haired kitty has started molting. Wonderful, tis the season for dust moose. ( mine are much too large to call them dust bunnies)

I hope Spring is close....I hate not being able to go outside and play with my new toy because it's too cold :/ I'll tell hubs next time he decidesto buy me a project vehicle it better be a Spring birthday present or come with a heated garage.

I figured the accents were likely off. To an American they sounded close enough to Crocodile Dundee & Steve Irwin.

We were watching a TV show recently where the lead good guys had to speak Russian with an Chechen accent. They had subtitles so we knew what there were supposed to say. I suspect a real Chechen was laughing or cussing at the accents.

It was a spring like day here yesterday. Pure chamber of commerce weather. 68 degrees, no wind and clear blue skies. The problem is everyone really wants a Portland type spring rainy couple of months.

Mmmm, drinking an IPA from un-zed by Tui. New to me, tastes good. Had a tasting selection from La Trappe pre dinner, that was good too.

I finished making the print ready files for the goofey 2.75 degree rotated map. One file is 70 inches wide and 85 inches tall. It is very high detail of a refinery. The PDF print file is 1.9 Gigs.

I have to make 10 prints each of 4 different images. Then we have to figure out how to mount them and haul them to Houston. The printer chews through them pretty fast. It prints at 720x2880 and it looks amazing. It will take two or three days of printing. They are a pain to figure out how to make the print like the customer wants but that is our main goal, make the customer happy.

We like happy customers.

What lucky person gets to sleep in the office to change paper rolls?

We don't print much here. We typically transmit electronic files to the architect and they do all of the printing.

Most of our money is made in digital delivery. We usually bring the client a DVD, thumb drive or hard drive. Small jobs we can FTP.

I am still waiting on a different client to say GO on the 8x8 foot print. We call those Bill Gates wallet photos. Only Bill Gates has a wallet that big.
