Rick, is that a typical problem? What's the best way to diagnose? Te water IS all on the passenger side and its settling in the back so I know it's gravity fed not dripping on(I thought it was the sunroof but have eliminated that).

That is a typical issue, the drains get clogged and overflow.
Where is this crack you speak of? My answer is dependent on the location

I haven't found the crack yet but, it looks like I'm missing a piece. Ill send you a pic on fb. There's a huge gap between the hood and windshield of course water is getting in.

True sid but for the purposes of testing the repair silicone is easier. No sense in spending urethane money on a test smear
