Never too busy for Stijners.... Just haven't been able to post much... Busy with work and play makes for a tired Sidney.

Whoa! That fish is half your body, Sidney! I don't think I would be good at fishing. Good at cooking and eating fish.

We need to put together a Stijn trip. This guide was very good, $125 per person, and he pretty much guarantees you will catch limit plus have to throw back plenty. We could have limited out 2hrs in, but he wanted to make sure we had a nice long trip for our money. He cleaned them all while we ate lunch.

Dad is experimenting with smoking some of them.. We took our share, which was a ton of fish...

Some guys from out your way, are trying to talk our guide into coming out and showing them all this method of catching Striper. Everyone says they don't get as fat out there as they do here. They need fished aggressively out there to thin them out, and then some conservation efforts...

Some of the Filets were nearly 2" thick off of those stripers...

catching stripers: find a 'boil', toss out anchovies with hooks. i think you can chum stripers, too, legally. catch the stripers. done.
