Yep, exactly, I can't get over the trailer trash peeps who live around here, they smoke and drink, on welfare a lot of them, if they just stopped smoking, and drinking they would be able to afford to get out of the trash heap, or at least to feed themselves decent food, fresh veggies, fruit, low fat meats, live longer .

hang on...........................

forget that last paragraph

I think onbe of the biggest problems is the bottomless soda's, every time our Midget orders a soda in a restaurant they are forever giving him another one if he gets anywhere near the bottom, don't see them rushing over to give me another wine or beer free!!!

And then in the cafe's the self regulating sodas just doesn't work with kids, I have to tell him, that's it, you have had one, but others are just letting their kids just fill up again and again and again, that's just too much sugar

the majority of our food money is spent on fresh fruit and veggies, we buy very little processed food, ready made food etc, for a treat we go to Panera bread, which has nice unadulterated salads and sandwiches, no enormous mayonnaise blobs, no salts added, their soups are a bit too much flavouring though, but I just avoid them

I had to dump about thirty lbs a few years ago, and even though I didn't have any problem doing it I can see how someone would.

we make home made pizza, low fat mozzarella, home made yeast crusts, not enormous amounts of cheese, more like the traditional Italian gourmet pizza. Usually our Friday night lazy dinner, or one night on the weekend

That's the sort of pizza I usually make (and prefer). I'm up all night with reflux if I eat one of those cheese pie thingos they try and pass off as pizza at those fast food pizza joints.
