Stijn!!

Mornin' all. Still under the weather, but no sick days on work-cation.

Our dog loves chasing rabbits here in SoCal. The rabbits are happy to report she's really no good at it.

Crappy doc.

Well, if what our fireplace contractor says is true (big IF), we going to have a finished fireplace today. That's after we told them to drop the drywall work that still needs to be finished from the statement of work. Only 4.5 months to refinish a fireplace. Nothing exotic. That's about 2 months longer than what our whole kitchen remodel should take. I can't wait to never have anything more to do with that fireplace contractor.

well what a weird day, cloudy, windy, 35F at 12, with snow flurries, now its sunny but still freezing.

Making Wonton Soup, Janet's dinner the other night inspired me.

Going to school tonight to see a musical, my Midget is not in it, but his GF is. Should be fun, we are in the front row, should be a good chance to check out the GF.

Stijn!!

Finally, after 4 1/2 months, the bloody fireplace refacing is done. Well, after negotiating the drywall finishing out of the project.

I am so glad that's astern of us now.

Afternoon Y'all.
Still playing nurse to Beth but she is on the med. I brought her some hot chicken and rice soup from the local Chinese place and she hooved it up.
My drive home was fun, it must have been cross the center line and pull out in front of Rickie day, and I never got the memo. I haven't flipped that many people off in a long time.
