Three hour time change from Maui to Tacoma. Six is just an awful time to wake up.

This is some funny stuff. One of the all time classics of Jerry.

Some of you may think Jerry has a slight accent. It is very slight.

Me doing yoga?- yeah, not happening. And I am sure everyone will thank me for that. By the way, Tweeze, I couldn't care less if a hottie wearing yoga pants does yoga or not.

I'm taking a geology class just for the heck of it and after being immersed in engineering classes for months, living in the shop and seeing only the same 4 girls for more than 2 weeks, it was a bit of culture shock to walk into a room with at least 25/50 students being girls (most of them wearing sorority shirts and yoga pants).

Max a geology class sounds so great, after going to the Grand Caonyon and Monument Valley, I really would love to have been a Geologist, so interesting, so awesome the whole geological history of the earth. Almost know where better on Earth to be able to actually see the awesomeness of the geological history than there. Except maybe a volcano, been to Mt Etna, that was cool as well.

Geology is cool... But I've found that the guys that teach it generally, are about as entertaining as watching paint dry.....

Afternoon all. Time for some coffee so I can get some finance homework kicked out, then I'll go bounce around on the mountain bike for a bit...

This class is actually about earthquakes and faults. I took a general geology course earlier and loved it, especially the part about California and San Luis Obispo area geology. It is cool to learn about all the amazing forces that shaped the pretty landscapes I see all the time. That teacher was way cool. He was from Florida and used to go to all the IMSA races and the 24 hours and such. I went to his office hours to talk about F1 and 935s and stuff. He is into bicycles now but was also into motorcycles and cars until he got more concerned about his carbon footprint.

it is so cool when teachers are inspiring.

My son is doing a Diploma of Education, for Secondary School Teaching, (called Middle School here), now that he has finished his Bachelor of Science, he is going to be teaching chemistry, Physics, and Maths, and General Science. He sounds excited to be able to teach those classes, as he really loved Chemistry and Physics.

So hope he finds a good school, I have told him to go see his old School which is a Private Boys only Grammar School, he was a House Captain in his final year, and was really well liked and respected by the Teachers, so he should go see them about a job. They also get paid better and have better resources than the public school.
