Hehe. It's got to be one of the easiest and yummiest deserts. I use Nigellas recipe, there's like 5 ingredients. Google away.

Oh, and grab yourself a chefs torch. I've made the toffee under a grill/salamander with the ramikins in an ice bath, but the torch is quicker and easier.

And I've used the torch to wake up stubborn bolts on the '44.

I will just make chef dude teach me. Or just make it for me. What? He volunteered.

Jeff, I thought a torch was a flashlight in your part of the world. How do you make anything but light with a flashlight?

Good morning folks. Another crazy busy day. I have to start the setup for making the 5x12 foot prints. They have a ton of changes from last year.

Tweeze, I saw pictures, but I don't remember seeing any of you in action or self shot while boarding down the slope.

Rick, I would come down, but Elicia and I have a few weddings to hit up this summer. Plus the annual Pool Bash/BBQ and the annual Cabin Brew HaHa has the schedule filled up. One of the weddings, I am officiating. It's out above Pittsburgh, Pa either the same weekend or the weekend before. If you guys head something up for next year, we are definitely down.

I went by myself. Hard to get video and pics of yourself when you are alone. This weekend my friend is going with me one day so I might get pics. I usually go snowboarding by myself. Can't find a lot of gals to go with. Only one I know is in Colorado. And honestly, I don't have too many guy friends who snowboard. I hang around the wrong people. Well, maybe not. I live in the wrong state.

I am usually boarding by myself also. You never video tape while boarding at the same time. Some of my best pics. Come to Pennsylvania in the winter, I need a snowboarding partner as well.

Next is to find a scuba diving partner. My advanced open water certification is going to waste right now.

I am going to get certified this year. My friend has trying to get me to go with her for years now. She is in Bonaire right now on a dive trip. Her boyfriend certifies so she said I can get a deal. Woo hoo! Another check on the life list.

Do we live near each other?

Tweeze, it's an awesome experience to scuba dive if you haven't already. There is a local area I dive when I have a dive buddy. It's an old quarry that has been flooded. 120 feet at the deepest part and they have a bunch of boats and other things sunk down to make it interesting.

I went "snuba" diving in Hawaii, where you tote your tank around on a little inflatable boat so you don't have to get certified. Ton of fun and since then, I always said I wanted to get certified and dive the coral reef in Australia (on the life list). It gave me a tiny taste of what I want. That is what does it when I get down one of crazy paths. We have lakes here where you can get certified. My friend said skip the lake and we'll go on a trip to get the certification done. All the prep here in AZ. A lot of people go to Mexico too since it is so close. CA too.

Stijn!!

Andy, what about your lovely fiancé ? Why doesn't she get certified? It would be soooooo cool to dive together on your honeymoon. Where are you going?

I keep asking her, but she is afraid too. Plus she is slightly claustrophobic, she feels it will be bad. I told her that only people with severe claustrophobia have issues. We are actually getting married down in the Florida Keys. On the second island, Islamorada right below Key Largo. Honeymoon is going to be there also. We are going down this December to finalize everything and check out the local activities.

I think I just need to rent a tank from the local shop and get her in the deep end of the pool to see what she thinks.
