I was doing good in the garage. The sheet metal is done. The intake is all back together except the injectors. I get my injectors back tomorrow, all clean and pretty.

Mrs Carrera insisted I dig a few holes for her. More plants are planted.

A little minty fresh toothpaste on that will warm it right up.

Surgeon tells me he did a great job on my foot. Bring on the pain killers!

I thought the same for yoga but it kicks my butt! It works muscles I have ever worked before. Depends on the workout. Some yoga is relaxing and more stretching. Some is hard core and I am sore all over afterwards. It really helps with balance which is why I do it. To improve in snowboarding and surfing. It also helps with your core. If you do the yoga that changes positions a little quicker, it will be harder. And I never thought I would say this but the hot yoga or bikram yoga is kick butt. I don't know yoga enough to know all the terminology but look at videos, classes at the gym or a yoga studio. They will help you decide which is good for you. I actually have a membership with myyoga online. So I ca do it whenever, even in hotel rooms.

It's relaxing too. I was never big on it before, but definitely a way to incorporate stretching and flexibility into your workout routine. Do it!

Good morning folks.

Tweze where did you find the picture of me ?

The injectors for the 911 are ready so I will pick them up at lunch time today. The shop is in the historic "Packing town" part of the city. Stockyard City is the home of the largest stocker/feeder cattle market in the world. Since its inception, more than 102,000,000 head of livestock have passed through the iron gates leading to the Stockyards operation. Cattle auctions are held Monday and Tuesday each week.

Oklahoma National Stock Yards » About Us

I may have to work in a lunch meal at Cattleman's restaurant. It is one of the best burgers around.

Glen, if you even resemble those pictures even an iota, I will be right over as soon as I can book a flight to help you with your car so I can just stare... At the car.
